Pudding Dessert
Ingredients
Crust
2 Cups flour
2 sticks butter (melted)
1 cup of crushed walnuts or pecans
mix together and press into pan bake @350 for 15 min. cool well
Filling -mix 2 small boxes of pudding (sugar free) with 3 cups of milk and pour on crust.
mix 1 cup powered sugar (splenda if sugar free)
1 cup cool whip (light)
1- 8oz. Cream Cheese (light)
put on top of pudding
Top with rest of cool whip and sprinkle with crushed nuts.
keep cool until ready to serve.
