Lazy Golumpki


Ingredients

2 Large heads of cabbage
1 Large onion
3 Large cans of tomato sauce
1 pound of ground pork
2 pounds of ground beef
2 cups of precooked white rice(not boil in a bag rice

First saute your onion until golden brown, with a teaspoon of butter
Then add your pork, then add your hamburg. Continue to brown until fully cooked Drain well..
Now add 1 can of your tomato sauce to your onion and meat mixture.
Next add 2 cups of your cooked rice to the meat mixture.
Mix well.
Next cut your cabbage into thin long strips.
Using a large deep roaster pan, I use the throw away kind

Put a layer of cabbage on the bottom.
Open up your next can of tomato sauce, and pour a small amount on top of the cabbage that is in your roaster pan.

Now back to your meat mixture.

Put all of the meat mixture next on top of your first layer of cabbage.

Add a small amount of tomato sauce on top of the meat layer.
Next fill the rest of the pan with the rest of your cabbage,
layer right to the top, and once again add a small amount of tomato sauce to the top cabbage layer.

Pre heat oven to 350 and bake until cabbage is tender,
Keep stirring it around as it bakes.
