**** PHASE 10 2/1****

You MUST meld 4's in your 1st meld of your 1st hand (other cards ok).

If melded, you advance to the next number in the next hand. 

If you do NOT meld your 4's , you do NOT advance to 5's the next hand. 

Continue in sequence until you get to 10's.  Once you are to meld 10's stay on 10's.  

No Pile (can't pick up pile).
