Deja Vu

At the start of the game anyone can declare trump
Once a player declares trump
They will then have to call the same suit trump twice in a row making it deja vu.
Once the player has called twice the next player in line (clockwise) must declare trump
And will have to declare the same suit trump twice in a row.
This continues until all players have declared same suit trump twice in a row
Then the game opens to anyone to declare trump.
Once a player declares trump
Deja vu starts over again.
