Basic Rules

These rules must appear on all tournament pages.
(first lines needs to be changed depending on tournament)

7 minutes per team per round, this includes boots, mia, not setting/inviting etc.

No blocking of any table unless you are the setting team.
You must release blocked able asap when yours is set.
Clock starts when pairings are up or opponents are known.
New table each round. Same household is allowed.
Kibitz should be turned off for your own protection.
You may play in one other tournament in Singapore Advanced Lounge.
If you delay this tournament due to slow play, multiple tourneys or hosting,
your team will be disqualified.
Winners report to lobby - non winners report to tourney page ASAP
TD will report loss if requested or to keep tourney running smoothly. Please verify that report is correct.
Arguments should be taken private.

Subs are allowed when players are booted, but cannot be used
to cover for you while you are in another tourney.
The player must be currently listed as an active player on your roster and
cannot be actively playing in this tourney.
If/When the original player returns, he/she shall replace the sub and continue the match.
The 'sub' will not receive any bux or stats for the match.

TD has final say in any and all disputes in this tournament.

If you fail to respond to an invite from a TD, HTD, or Admin regarding a conflict, you will be disqualified.



Add this if this is a Swiss tournament:
If you choose to withdraw, please use the withdraw button on the registration page.
If unable to withdraw, please make sure I acknowledge your request in the lobby.


Although this is not a rule but it might be nice if each td would put a short thank you at the end of their rules. Something simple such as: "This tournament is for the players to have fun. Let's all relax and enjoy the fun both on the tables and in the lobby. Thank you for Joining." Or even just a simple thank you for joining us, etc. **
