There are several things hosts can do to ensure tours run quickly and efficiently; but to do that we need player support and cooperation.

When the rules are run in the lobby, please read them even if you think you know the game, there may be a change for that tour only, i.e., aces hi/low instead of low only. If you're in the lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, you have a chance to ask for bux if you need them and you'll get a chance to see the rules and ask questions immediately when the host asks any questions?.

Timers will be put on a player that does not respond to two calls by the host.
In games to 100, the first timer is for 5 minutes. The timer is not removed until the player is at the table and a card is played.
If a player goes on second timer in same tour, it is a 3 minute timer; if a third timer is required it is a disqualification.
A timer in a game to 50 & Fast Hand games is only 3 minutes for one timer only, no 2nd timer is allowed.

We understand that POGO is responsible for a lot of players problems; however, it's impossible to tell whether it's a POGO issue, a player's computer problem or they just decided to take a phone call. Please be assured timers are equally used for all players, whoever they may be.
After a host calls the pairs, please let host know whether your opponent is missing. If a player stops playing after game is started, let the host know. But we will give them two shout-outs before putting them on timer.

It's very simple to find your opponent first, put your tables in numerical order, in upper right hand corner of room you'll find table #, click that and the tables will be ordered from 1 to 120. Then, find your opponent in list of players (bottom left) and you will see what table they are setting. If you notice they're not setting a table, then you can notify host after they call pairs.

It is a rule in LPG that players cannot jump tours if you're still playing in one. If you do, you have one chance to disqualify yourself from current tour and immediately join the next tour. Otherwise you will be disqualified from second tour. No exceptions.
It's impossible for our hosts to check every player in their tour to see if they're still in previous tour. There are no timers for players in a previous tour. The rule for timer while playing at another table does not apply if the player is playing in another tour, that applies to players playing in a rated game or unrated non tour game.

Just plain old respect: Please respect other players and your hosts. It doesn't take much to say nh, gg, or ty. We're all here to have fun and have a good time with our LPG family. It really is only a game.

We've all seen the chat flying by so quick that it is very hard to keep up, so please understand if the host misses a post. Remember the format for the post winner // loser. Make sure that's what the host posts when they run the macro for that game. And, if you see there are a lot of posts going on and host is trying their best to keep up, hold chat for a few minutes to give everyone a chance to see what's going on.

We as hosts, love our players and LPG would not be the great league it is without you. But with just a little cooperation and patience, we could all enjoy the tours more than we do already. Hosts love to host or they wouldn't (or shouldn't) be hosting. But we can always improve. If you have any suggestions about the hosts, games or tours you'd like to see, please email Admin you can do that from main league page.
