Ever Think Of Hosting ?
It Can Be A Lot Of Krazy Fun !

If you have ever thought of hosting and didn't because you think it is hard, well think again. It is not that hard at all. If you have prior experience that is great , but not necessary since we provide full training before you begin.

If you think you would like to host tournaments, feel free to fill out an application. Application link is under the tournaments tab on the line right below the navigation tabs at the top of the page. Please answer all the questions on the application and you will get an e-mail within the next week or less with a few more individual questions, then if your application is accepted, we will contact you to schedule training. Depending on availability, prior experience, and how fast you learn training could be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
Below is a list of requirements for staff on Krazy Fun and at the bottom is also a link to the TD application. We do ask that if you have hosted before to please put on the application where and when, and also that you not be currently hosting on other leagues. This is because, we want everyone to have fun and not feel like a job. And if someone is trying to do too much, there isn't as much time for playing. We want everyone to have not just hosting opportunities on Krazy Fun, but plenty of time to play.
TD REQUIREMENTS HTD REQUIREMENTS
Must be an active player member on the league for at least 30 days and have played in at least 20 tornaments with at least 1 being in each of our games. The first 10 need to be hosted with a HTD present. Be TD for at least 30 days and completing those requirements. Also, already trained and have hosted some of all our games and tournament formats. Willing to help new TDs in their training tourneys.
Host at least 2 tournaments a week. Host at least 3 tournaments a week.
Be willing to learn to host in all our games, but if only hosting 2 each week try and make them 2 different games within the same week for more fun variety for both hosts and players. Only Single Elimination tourneys till trained and ok'd to host other formats. Be willing to host all of our games and be able to help teach new TDs how to host each of our games and formats. (Single Elim, Swiss, True Swiss, Double Elim.) Host in at least 3 games a week to keep up skills in case a newer TD asks how to do something.
Learn and follow all Cases and League rules for setting and running of tournaments and for recruting, ect. (These will be part of training.) Also, we have a basic time schedule for setting tourneys in the late afternoons and evenings but the rest of the day is pretty much open to set whenever you think you will be able to get enough players. Feel free to ask any questions you have about any of our games or how to run them. Also, if you have any suggestions on contests or other ways to play our games to make things more fun, please feel free to let admins know. Remember just because you think you have fulfilled the requirements for TD or HTD doesn't mean you will automatically be approved or promoted. It means you are eligible to be. There are other things that will also be taken into consideration, such as.... Attitude and interaction with other players, support of the league, and support of other TDs tourneys. So we can all have more fun, it is essential to support each other. It also looks better to potential new members and current members if they can see our staff having fun and playing in each others tourneys too.
This does not mean that you have to play in every other tourney or host all the time. We know everyone also has other things to do and lives away from the league. We just want this to be as fun as possible for all of us.
