Aces Rule
Rules of play Regular euchre except you cannot be the first person to trump an Ace unless you are trump tight (only have trump left in your hand). If someone else is trump tight, and trumps an Ace before your turn -- you may trump then as well, even if you're not trump tight. Please note that TD may kibitz.
Table Settings Rated, STD and protected. First name/team in pairings makes table and may choose seat; if table not made in two minutes then TD will make and first into room will sit first. Please leave kibitz function ON.
TD must be invited to the table to check settings and post rules before the game begins.

~1 mistake allowed per tournament including all Swiss, DE, and formats. 2nd mistake will be a DQ. In 2v2 - this means 1 mistake for your team, not per person.
~a disqualified person may sub in final only if no other player is available.

Speed Your Azz Off

Rules of play Regular STD euchre, loners allowed - 5 minute timed game. TD times game as soon as it begins. Do not start the game until the TD says start and the timer begins. If a player is booted then a sub may be installed as soon as possible. When time is called, the current hand will be played out but another will NOT be started unless it is a tie, at which stage the TD will direct 1 more hand will be played. *Any player thought to be intentionally stalling the game to gain an advantage (as evidenced by good ping, etc) will be issued 1 warning. After 1 warning a TD may DQ at their discretion.
Table Settings Unrated, STD and protected. First name/team in pairings makes table and may choose seat; if table not made in two minutes then TD will make and first into room will sit first.
TD must be invited to the table to check settings and post rules before the game begins.

Mistakes/Timers

~No timers are used as entire game takes only 5 minutes and no mistakes are allowed.

~No subs for 2v2.

Suck It Up

Rules of play Each player chooses a suit before the match starts. The first name in the pairing chooses first, and their partner second. The opponents then choose -- first opponent listed in pairings, then their partner. If your suit is the upcard, then you call trump.Table Settings Rated, STD and protected. Veto
