RUNNING RIOT: Whoever makes the first hand will make trump for every hand afterwards until they get set. If they get set, any of the other 3 players can call trump the next hand. Again, they will call trump until they are set. Loners are allowed.
Skip Rule: If the caller forgets to make trump and cannot tell their partner what suit to call for them, skip back to dealer, and anybody can call. If someone calls out of turn, skip back to dealer and still only the one person can call trump.
