NEXT IS LEFT'S BEST: The upcard is passed by everyone and the person left of the dealer must call next as trump. Ie. if Hearts was up, diamonds must be called. Loners are allowed but not on 9. Skip Rule: If left of dealer forgets to call next, then their partner will call it and a boo is still charged. If left of dealer calls something other than next, skip back to dealer. If someone other than the dealer orders the upcard, skip back to dealer. If the dealer orders the upcard, skip once. Tables are to be made UNRATED, STD, PROTECTED.
