LEAD IT SUICIDE: The up card is always passed. The person left of dealer must make trump and lead it. Loners are allowed.
Skip Rule: If the dealing team orders the up card, skip once. If the non-dealing team orders the up card, skip back to dealer. If the left of dealer forgets to order, a mistake is still charged, but their partner is to order the suit requested by the left of dealer. If left of dealer does not lead trump, skip back to dealer.
