IN YOUR FACE: The up card is never turned down. If a Jack is up, left of dealer orders it up. Queen, dealer's partner. King, right of dealer. Ace, dealer. If a 9 or 10 is up, anyone may order, but if everyone passes, the dealer MUST pick it up. Loners are allowed.
Skip Rule: If the dealing team makes a mistake, skip back to dealer. If the opposing team makes a mistake, skip once.
