FACEOFF: The first player who types the first letter of the trump that they want to call (h, c, d, or s) before anyone else gets to make trump. If nobody types anything, the hand is passed through. Loners are allowed.
Skip Rule: If an eliminated trump is called by the dealing team, skip once. If the non-dealing team calls an eliminated trump, skip back to dealer.
