DIRTY CLUBS: If the up card is a club, the dealer must order it up. If the up card is anything else, the person directly left of the dealer must call clubs. Loners are allowed.
Skip Rule: If the left of dealer forgets to call clubs, their partner will call clubs. A mistake is still counted. If the dealer turns down a clubs up card, skip back to dealer.
