CRAZY ACES: Whoever is holding the Ace of the same suit as the up card must order up the up card. If the up card is an Ace, then the dealer must order it up. If no person has the ace, everyone is to pass through to the next hand. Loners are allowed.
Skip Rule: If the dealer makes a mistake, skip once. If anyone else makes a mistake, skip back to dealer.
