COMMANDER: At the beginning of each hand, the dealer will tell the table which color trump will be. Anyone may order trump, so long as it is the color that the dealer requested. Loners Allowed.
Skip Rule: If the dealer orders the wrong color, skip once. If anyone else orders the wrong color, skip back to dealer.
