CAPTAIN'S TRUMP: The first player named in the team pairings chooses the trump for their team for the whole game. The trump may not be the same for both teams. The teams can only call their chosen trump for the whole game. If the dealer's trump is the up card, the dealer MUST order it up. Loners are allowed.
Skip Rule: If the dealer makes a mistake, skip once. If anyone else makes a mistake, skip back to dealer.
