BOWER POWER LONER: The player who has the jack that is the same suit as the upcard (right bower) must order the upcard. If they also have the left bower, they must go alone. If the right bower is the up card, the dealer orders it up. Similarly, if the dealer also has the left bower, they must go alone. If no person has the right bower (it is buried), the TD will kibitz to confirm, and then the hand will be skipped once.
Skip Rule: If the dealer makes a mistake, skip once. If anyone else makes a mistake, skip back to dealer.
