BOWER POWER: The Player that has the Jack that is the same suit as the upcard (right bower) MUST order the upcard. If no player has the right bower, the hand must be skipped once. If a jack is the upcard, then the dealer must order it up.
SKIP RULE: If the dealer makes a mistake, skip once. If anyone else makes a mistake, skip back to dealer.
