BROY TD RULES: When posting pairings in the lobby you should only post the team names. Pairings should be as follows: JHF_team1 vs Friendsrus_Tm1 Td's invite players to the table. Please have tourney page open so that you know the players to invite. When given pairing in conference, you repeat it into lobby and make table. When game is over congratulate winning team and thank the losing team for playing. Tables should be Rated, Std, and protected. Team first in pairing ALWAYS sits first. When starting table ask players to remove kibitz and tell them that fast play is expected. If you are timing a team or you have issued a warning for slow play a BROY Admin should be invited to your table. TIMING: Five minute timer total per team for the entire tourney. If a team has used any time please let the other td's in your conference know. If a sub is needed that sub must be in their seat before the five minutes expired unless otherwise indictated by BROY Admin. SUB: Subs must be registered members of BROY. If a league is getting a sub please check with the BROY Admin assigned to your league so that they can be verified as a member of BROY. Please remind players that once a sub starts play they continue to play for the rest of the tourney even if the original player returns. FAST PLAY: Fast play is expected. If someone is playing slow check their ping first. If their ping is bad indicate to the players at the table that the players ping is bad. This will let the players at the table know you are watching the table and the slow play. If the players ping is good issue a warning and let them know if they continue to play slow their team will be dq'd. Please make sure to let the other td's in your tourney know of any slow play or warnings you have issued. LONER RULE: No loners on nine. If someone goes alone on nine, skip the deal around back to the dealer. If the dealer is the one that makes the mistake skip only once. If a team were to make this mistake for a 2nd time during the entire tournament they will be dq'd. REMEMBER: It is your responsibility to watch the tables you have been assigned. Any issues should be reported to BROY Admin immediately. REVERSE RULES FOR BROY Reverse with Loners The player ordering MUST have 1 natural trump in their hand. The dealer does not have to have a trump to order. The left bower is not considered a natural trump. Please type the upcard at the table. The dealer MUST keep the card that is ordered, to discard it would be considered a mistake. The dealer may discard any other trump they have in their hand. If dealer or their partner makes mistake please skip back to the dealer. If left or right of dealer makes mistake skip once. Tables are Unrated, Std, and protected.
