TABLE SETTINGS ARE KEPT TO DEFAULT WITH ONLY THE END GAME SCORE LIMIT, DEADWOOD AND END HAND BEING CHANGED. THE TD AND/OR TOURNAMENT PAGE WILL STATE THE AMOUNT FOR SCORE LIMIT.

STANDARD RULES:

  • YOU MAY ONLY PLAY IN ONE TOURNAMENT AT A TIME. IF YOU JOIN A SECOND ONE AND IT BEGINS YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED OUT OF THE FIRST ONE. THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS IS TEAM TOURNAMENTS. IF YOU JOIN A SECOND ONE YOU WILL BE DQ OUT OF THE SINGLES ONE, NOT TEAMS.

  • FIRST PERSON LISTED (TOP PLAYER IN BRACKET) HAS CHOICE OF SETTING TABLE.

  • NO WATCHING OR CHECKING TABLES FOR SCORES

  • TIMERS START ONE MIN AFTER PAIRINGS ARE POSTED

  • MISSING AND BOOTED PLAYERS HAVE 5 MINS TOTAL PER ROUND

  • EACH ROUND HAS A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE GAME TO BE COMPLETED. IF THIS TIME IS REACHED THE TD WILL AWARD THE GAME TO THE PLAYER WITH THE HIGHEST SCORE. THERE MAY BE EXCEPTIONS TO THIS SUCH AS TABLE HAVING TO BE REMADE, GAME RESTARTED, BOOTED PLAYERS, OR TOO CLOSE TO CALL, FINAL DECISION IS UP TO THE TD.

    • 125 Points - Last hand at 30 mins - TD may come in before to give warning.
    • 150 Points - Last hand at 45 mins - TD may come in before to give warning.
    • Gimmick games will depend on type of game - TD will state - TD may come in before to give warning.

  • IF YOU ARE PLAYING SLOW IT WILL BE UP TO THE TD WHETHER OR NOT THEY DQ YOU AND GIVE THE WIN TO YOUR OPPONENT. IF YOUR OPPONENT IS PLAYING SLOW IT IS UP TO YOU TO LET THE TD KNOW BEFORE LAST HAND IS CALLED.

SET TABLE AS REGULAR GIN. NO GINNING ALLOWED.

NOT ALLOWED TO SIT WITH AN ACE OR GIN TO AUTOMATICALLY CUT YOUR OPPONENT. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE DQ.

YOU MAY CUT YOUR OPPONENT BY PLAYING OFF ON THEIR CARDS BUT YOU MUST HAVE HAD MORE THAN ONE FOR DEADWOOD WHEN THEY KNOCKED.

IF YOU MELD ANY CARDS WHEN YOUR OPPONENTS GIN YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

THE FIRST PLAYER TO WIN 4 HANDS OF GIN ONLY WINS THE ROUND. KEEP TRACK OF HANDS WON IN THE CHAT. YOUR SCORE FIRST THEN YOUR OPPONENT SCORE. EXAMPLE: 2 - 1, OPP SHOULD PUT 1 - 2. SET TABLE TO 300 GIN ONLY SO MAXIMUM SCORE WILL NOT BE REACHED WHILE PLAYING.

THE WINNER SHOULD REMAIN AT THE TABLE UNTIL THE TD HAS STATED IN LOBBY THE WIN (AND OPPONENT DOESN'T DISAGREE) OR UNTIL THE TD CONFIRMS AT THE TABLE.

TEAM TOURNEY

EACH MEMBER OF THE TEAM WILL PLAY THEIR OWN GAME. THEIR GAME SCORE WILL BE ADDED TO THEIR TEAMMATE'S SCORE. THE TEAM WITH THE HIGHEST TOTAL ADVANCES. IF THERE IS A TIE IN TOTAL TEAM SCORE, THE WINNER OF EACH GAME WILL PLAY ONE MORE FULL GAME.
FIRST LISTED OF ONE TEAM PLAYS FIRST LISTED OF THE SECOND TEAM AND SO ON.

SE, DE, SWISS

SE - SINGLE ELIMINATION - IF YOU LOSE ONCE YOU ARE OUT.

DE - DOUBLE ELIMINATION - YOU MUST LOSE TWICE TO BE OUT. ONCE IN THE TOP BRACKET AND ONCE IN THE BOTTOM BRACKET.

FINALS - TOP BRACKET WINNER NEEDS ONE WIN, BOTTOM BRACKET WINNER NEEDS TWO WINS.

IF TWO DIFFERENT GAMES ARE PLAYED, THE FIRST GAME WILL BE THE TOP BRACKET GAME, AND THE SECOND GAME WILL BE THE BOTTOM BRACKET GAME.

SWISS - YOU MAY PLAY EVERY ROUND WIN OR LOSE. THE NEXT ROUND IS NOT STARTED UNTIL ALL GAMES HAVE FINISHED IN THE FIRST ROUND. THE TOURNAMENT ENDS WHEN THERE IS ONLY ONE PLAYER THAT HAS NOT BEEN DEFEATED.

TRUE SWISS - THE NUMBER OF ROUNDS IS SET BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT STARTS. YOU MAY PLAY EVERY ROUND WIN OR LOSE. THERE CAN BE MORE THAN ONE WINNER IF BY THE LAST ROUND THERE IS MORE THAN ONE WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF WINS.
