Email Addresses:
Please keep your email address current. If your E-mail address is found to be invalid your account will be removed from the ladder.

Multiple Users:
It is illegal for more then one person to use or share the same account. Below is an exception to this Case Ladder Rule.

Exception to Multiple User Rule:
If Two(2)members of the same household are using one computer to play both must have different names and passwords.

Tournament Rules

*If frozen / disconnected / rebooting you have 10 minutes to return to the table before being DQ'd. Play will continue strait away with a computer after the 5min a sub can be used. This will apply to all rounds unless it is R1-2 players --- rest on bye - then the rule below is in effect for R1 and the FINALS.

* If in Round 1 beginning of a tourney (or Finals)2 players with subs/bots REST OF TOURNEY MEMBERS ON BYE. 1 of the players gets booted/has to leave to reboot/disconnected wait till he/she returns 10 min clock on that player. If does not return will be DQ.

* Should a player become frozen or disconnected near the end of their round (or say after 1 to 5 min of play) ....and a computer is used ....that player still has 10 minutes to return for Round 2 and a sub can be used until that player returns ... if they do not return within the 10 mins. then is DQ'd.

* Should a player never make it to a table in Rd 1 because of being disconnected or frozen or rebooting within the 10 min time period ....then that player is DQ'd. (IF YOUR CALLED TO TABLE AND NEVER MAKE IT FROM START TO FINISH YOUR THEN DQ'ED EVEN IF TIMES NOT UP). * The above rule holds true for those needing to reboot their computers 10 mins to return or will be DQ'd - those players will be under same rule as being froze or disconnected.

* First name in pairings sets table.

* The only time the 10 min DQ rule is bent is for "TEAMS" tourney's...... Both team members must be present and begin Round 1 together....If one of the team members never make it to the table when called to Round1 the 10 min DQ rule applys to the "TEAM".... That missing "TEAM" member MUST return within the 10 min taking there seat in round 1 or the "TEAM" is DQed...Should one of the "TEAM" members get booted during game play, then the remaining partner will use a puter till such time if/when his partner returns. NOT applying the 10 min DQ rule on the "TEAM"...

* Any Player refusing to play once a Host has made a call to a GAME IN PROGRESS will be warned given 2 mins to resume play, if they fail to they will be removed from the game.

*Any Player refusing to respond to setting a table once the Host asked 2x....that player is warned by given 2 min to set/sit, if they still fail to do so they will be removed from the game. With this one you as a Host will have to make a judgement call. If you feel the player is ignoring you then use this rule. But if you know that player is really frozen or needs to reboot then use the START TO FINISH RULE

CHALLENGES AND FORMAL CHALLENGE

Challenges: Please issue VERBAL challenges in the lobby. Host doesn't have to be present. (Subject to change with problems) The person being challenged sets the Table of their choice. All challenged games will be REG, STD,10. Players may verbally challenge any other player within 100 rungs (the 20 rung rule does NOT apply). All challenges MUST be issued in the lobby. You may NOT use IM's to issue a challenge. You can only challenge any individual player once every (1) days. After you have played, you cannot arrange at that time to play them the next day. If you lose a challenge that was issued to you, you can ask for another game but a 3rd challenge can't be done by either member(NO TAGBACKS) If a challenge is issued and the player cannot play, you may arrange for a time to play on a following day. "ALWAYS" the player who is at loss of the challenge reports strait away on the left side of the mainpage under REPORT LOSS

This has nothing to do with FORMAL CHALLENGES.

FORMAL CHALLENGES ARE FOR THE TOP 10 IN RANK """ONLY""".... """ONLY""" IF IF HAVING TROUBLE FINDING THE PLAYER IN GAME ROOM. THEN SEND A EMAIL ASKING FOR A FORMAL CHALLENGE. IF YOU SEND A FORMAL CHALLENGE AND FIND THE EMAIL IS NOT WORKING CONTACT THE ADMIN IN EMAIL RIGHT AWAY AT absolutefuneuchre@hotmail.com IT IS ILLIGAL TO NOT HAVE A VALID EMAIL ON THE LADDER.(Removal of account if email not valid)

TOP TEN

Because everyone dreams of being in the Top Ten we have some special rules that apply for these users. This keeps the competition for these slots in high gear. Only players who are ranked in the Top Ten need to worry about these.

Top of the Heap:
Everyone wants a shot at #1; consequently there should be a lot of activity and movement in the top ranks of the Ladder. Remember that rank has priority when it comes to challenges. Keeping that in mind, the number one player should play the number two player as often as possible.

Inactivity:
Players in the Top Ten must play at least once every 7 days. If the don't they are automatically dropped five rungs and their inactivity counter is reset. There are no exceptions to this rule. Also in order to assure alot of movement in the top 10, there will be a 5 day idle time. If in the top 10 and your standings show that you have been idle for 5 days, you will be moved down 5 rungs every 5 days until you become active.

Rank Hounding:
Players in the Top Ten are expected to be as active after they reach the top ranks as they were before. In other words, if you are playing 20 games a day to make it to the Top Ten and then only play once a week to hold your rank you may be penalized.

Leapfrogging:
Players in the Top Ten should try to play the person ranked directly below them at least once every three days. If you are found to be avoiding challenges that put your rank at risk your account will be penalized.

Challenger & Challenged:
If you send a Formal Challenge out to a member and the Challenged replys to your your request setting a time. It is then the challenging senders responsibility to answer quickly back setting another time or oking the time. Remember you BOTH ONLY have 7 days to meet the challenge sent out. Save your reply to the challenger as in proof of filling your duty of the Formal Challenge. If the formal challenge sent out is not filled because of the Formal Challenge sender. The sender of the Formal Challenger will be pentalised and dropped in 5 rungs. So if your thinking of sending a Formal Challenge be sure your going to be open to filling a reply to make sure its completed.

Challenges from Different Ranks:
Top Ten players must take challenges in order of rank as with other users. Unless you are ranked in the top 20 of the Ladder it is illegal to E-mail Top Ten players requesting a match. Even then E-mail challenges should be reserved for situations in which you have failed in attempts to get a match via the traditional methods. If you receive a mail from a player outside of this range you should reply and gently remind them of the rules.

* ABOVE ALL....Good luck and have fun!
