~Prayer to St Michael~
"St Michael, the Archangel, defend us in battle;
be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him we humbly pray,
and do thou oh Prince of the Heavenly Host
by the power of God
thrust into hell Satan and all the evil spirits
that prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen"

Chaplets are available, by order, free from missionhands...
~Chaplet of St Michael~
This is likely the most elaborate of all chaplets.
Consisting of nine groups of four beads: one pater and three Aves
represent the nine choirs of angels.

Chaplet given to Antonia d'Astonac,
in an apparition by St. Michael.
Reciting the prayer daily before
receiving Holy Eucharist, it was promised that an angel
of each of the nine choirs would accompany to the Holy Table.
Alongwith this, was promised continual assistance
during life, and after death.

****
The chaplet starts with the medal; the four beads close to medal
are saved for last.

V. O God come to my assistance
R. O Lord, make haste to help me
Glory to the Father, and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit..
as it was in the beginning, is now
and ever shall be, world without end.Amen
Say the pater (Lord's Prayer) on the single bead..
say the Ave (Hail Mary) on the other three beads
and the Goria Patri between sets,
using the set near medal last.
On the medal, say Prayer to St Michael (above),then
V. Pray for us, O glorious St Michael..
Prince of the church of Jesus Christ
R. That we mat be made worthy of His promises.

St Francis prayers
..at the cross San Damiano
"Most High glorious God, bring light to the darkness of my heart.
Give me right faith, certain hope, and perfect charity,
so I can always observe your Holy and true command...Amen"

..also
"Lord, make us instruments of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let us sow love;
where there is injury, pardon; where there is discord,union;
where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope:
where there is darkness, light; where there is sadness,joy;
Grant that we may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console;
to be understood, as to understand; to be loved, as to love;
For it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning, that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying, that we are born to eternal life...Amen"

Prayer (St Peter)
Gracious Father, by whose hand Thy servant Simon Peter
was most wonderfully delivered out of prison and from
impending death: Grant us, in all the changes and chances
of mortal life, to dread nothing but the loss of Thee, and to cast
all our care upon Thee, who carest for us. When disasters lie
ahead,, help us to avoid them if we may, and to endure them if
we must, knowing that we walk with Him who endured all for
us, Thy Son our Savior Jesus Christ, who now liveth and
reigneth with Thee and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever.

The Memorare
Prayer before the cross

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never
was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection,
implored thy help or sought thy intercession, was left
unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly unto thee,
O Virgin of virgins my mother; to thee do I come,
before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful; O mother of
the Word Incarnate; despise not my petitions,
but in thy clemency hear and answer me..Amen
