GAME DESIRE RULES

THE FOLLOWING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED BY GAME DESIRE NOR THE LEAGUE


1• Harass, threaten, embarrass, or do anything else to another member or guest that is unwanted.

2 • Disrupt the flow of chat in chat rooms with vulgar language, abusiveness, use of excessive shouting [use of all-caps], or flooding [continuous posting of repetitive text].

3• Transmit or facilitate distribution of content that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, or in a reasonable person's view, objectionable. Hate speech is not tolerated.

4 • Post or transmit chain letters or pyramid schemes; post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation to other users.

5 • Promote or encourage any illegal activity including hacking, cracking or distribution of counterfeit software.

6 • Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation, ignorance of the law is no excuse.

7 • Cheat in games, this includes but is not limited to the following: using computer programs to play games.

8 • Abuse your account, this includes but is not limited to the forms of ratings stacking such as accepting multiple wins from a player who is intentionally losing. Such actions are also considered cheating.

9 • Use inappropriate nicknames, this can include those who in any way look like, sound like, stand for, hint at, abbreviate, or insinuate any of the following: profanity, sexual content (including but not limited to explicit language, sexual innuendo, sexual content, negative, disparaging or harmful references to sexual preferences), slurs (including but not limited to racial, ethnic, or religious slurs), illegal drugs/controlled substances, or illegal activities. Nicknames are also inappropriate if they intend to harass, threaten, embarrass, or do anything else to another member or guest that is unwanted.

10• Use, develope, promote, or communicate the existence of a program that grants the user unnatural or unintended benefits in game or that alters performance of the game.

11• Attempt to interfere with, hack into, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running GameDesire games

12• Attempt to solicit account information from other players.

13• Falsely present yourself as a Ganymede Technologies employee or GameDesire Administrator.

14• Use Web links or URLs in the forum or game chat whose content violates any of the GameDesire regulations above.
