WYCLUB RULES

• Please make sure your ladder names matches your player name Exactly. This is a Cases/Myleague rule and will be enforced. Rude or inappropriate names will not be allowed.

• Please be polite and courteous to our staff and players at all times. If you have a problem please contact one of our staff.

• If you need to leave a Tournament for any reason please let the td who is hosting know via pm, failure to do so could mean you advance to the next round, and take a loss you where not expecting. Remember our td's are busy and do not always notice something said in the lobby.

• The Highest seed (person with the lowest number) sets the table there for if you are seeded number 1, you will always set the table for that tournament.

• Please report your losses swiftly- within tournaments and ladder matches only the person who lost the match should report. It is not the tds responsibility to report for you, how ever if you ask us nicely we are happy to perform this task for you.

• Every player is allowed 2 minutes BETWEEN rounds of a tournament. Please let your td know so they can make your opponent aware that you are taking your two minutes. If your opponent does not respond to your request to either join or set the table please let your td know, we do not always notice when you have not started your match- if a player is booted he or she will receive 8 minutes to return. 4 boots in anyone tourney you will be disqualified. Remember causing a delay (while sometimes unavoidable) does effect everyone in that tourney, and any tourneys that may be following.

• Using any sort of word generating program is strictly forbidden.

• In the case of a room boot, please check the main page of your tournament for information on where to meet.
