The offender will be issued one verbal/written warning for inappropriate behavior and/or comments. If the behavior continues or persists, the offender will be subject to disqualification from matches and events, and/or temporary suspension of his/her membership privileges (boxed). Any ensuing argument, harassment, or misbehavior by the offender will be basis for permanent suspension of his/her membership privileges and banning from the GTW League.

Racial, ethnic, religious or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. GTW does not advocate censorship, however, insists that you keep conversations that contain profanity and/or sexually explicit language private and amongst consenting parties. If such behavior is displayed in the lobby area, or if GTW receives complaints of such behavior, regardless of whatever it was in private or public, the League will have no choice but to consider it a violation of the League’s Codes of Conduct and act accordingly.

GTW asks that you respect the privacy of other members. Please do not post other peoples’ private information in public areas. A violation of this rule will be considered a direct violation of the League’s Code of Conduct.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

It is clear to all reasonable people that differences, disagreements, disputes, and conflicts might arise between members. GTW requires members to handle discussion of such issues in private (room) with a host or administrator present as moderator. If the issue can not be resolved quickly at the first level, the parties to the conflict will have to arrange a meeting with the head administrator. All communications for such meetings will be delivered via e-mail to all concerned parties. Each party to the conflict will forward a brief of their view, possible solutions, and their available times for meeting to the head administrator. The head administrator will set the time and place for the meeting and will notify all the parties concerned. The head administrator will have final say or decision on the issue.

PERSONAL CONFLICT

It is also clear to all reasonable people that personal differences, disagreements, disputes, and conflicts which have nothing to do with the League or its events, might arise between members. Members will keep their personal issues and conflicts away from the League and its events. Any member who brings a personal conflict, dislike or issue with another member to the League’s room will be subject to immediate disqualification from matches and events and immediate temporary or permanent suspension (boxed) of his/her membership privileges.
In the spirit of friendship on which this league is founded, the League’s administrators recommends that all members work on solving their personal conflicts amongst themselves in private. Which means DO NOT involve any other member of the League in that personal conflict. In the same spirit, the League’s administrators further recommends that if parties to a personal conflict need help in solving their personal issues they may seek the involvement of the head administrator. The League’s members and administration will not tolerate the involvement of any other members into a personal issue or conflict. Furthermore, if the League’s administration finds that a personal conflict is going to effect the League, its members or events, the parties to that personal conflict will be subject to immediate temporary or permanent suspension of their League privileges (including banning from the league). The final decision will be at the League’s head administrator’s discretion.
